Yes we can be imperfect

Last week I met Sharon Gannon, she is my guru and friend, she was in Milano to introduce her new book: " yoga and vegetarianism".
I met Sharon for the first time 5 years ago in London...I was there to partecipate to jivamukti workshop and to interview David and Sharon. At this time I didn't know that my life would have changed
In this first workshop met one person who change my approach to eat, to cook, to love myself...in London David Life asked for  my feelings for yoga. After 3 months Sharon sent to me an email where she asked to me if I wanted to help her to organize the first jivamukti workshop in Milano...I said "yes!" ....we spent a beautiful time in Milano for my birthday With  their blessed presence...After this experience I decided that jivamukti method was like me, in this time my couple was in deep crisis but I continued to teach yoga and to write my articles, to study...so after 2 years I met Sharon in Berlin, during other Jivamukti workshop, she gave me a new big opportunity, she spent a special moment with me...and in Berlin I shared my experiences with an amazing friend who taught me "what does respect and  love mean"...after Berlin I got divorced and many things changed in my life, my yoga attitude changed in my life, my sense of love changed in my life...my way to cook changed...after 1 year Sharon called me again and asked to me if I wanted to go to London to the jivamukti teacher training...and she offer to me a partial scholarship, at the same time she introduced me with her pubblisher to help her to promote her book in Italy...life is amazing...because for me was impossible to come to London last November, but I decided to go to New York next April...during this time where I was in Milano with Sharon I understood  some more things about my life, about my yoga sensibility...about my approach to vegan food and to love...I interviewed Sharon and she gave to me more than I thought..she told to me about a special, traumatic moment where her life changed...where she decided to became herself...in this way Sharon helped me to understand that life is imperfect and more amazing than we can think and in every moment, in every place we can decide to change our life...it is not important who you were...the most important is who you are...are you ready to change?
After this last days with Sharon Gannon, I understood more about imperfection, about my life style...my yoga on the road...
Now for next Cristmas I'm writing my new book  and yes ...I have a dream: to ask to Sharon. If she want to write an introduction with her sensibility...with her great heart...with her sense of life.
It is not important who you were...it is more important who you are and who you want to become!
Where ever you are believe in your honesty and coherence...
Let it go!
